2025 Annual Report
We are pleased to provide the 2025 annual report. CNFUN aims to provide accurate up to date information on the outcomes of children born very preterm across Canada and to improve health and the provision of health care. This report provides national and site-specific data from the start of CNFUN data collection with births from April 2009 until December 2022.
Please note that this report was amended on June 10, 2026 for presentations 25 to 27 for variables included in the adjustment of Standardized Risk Ratios. Ajustment for parental education and corrected age at assessment were not included due to missingness (values more than 10%).
